🍧 The Star of the Table – Signature Bingsu
I came for one thing: their signature red bean bingsu (팥빙수).
It arrived on a silver tray — elegant, delicate, and beautiful in that understated luxury way.
The shaved ice was like thread — pure milk ice that vanished the second it touched your tongue.
On top: a scoop of vanilla bean gelato so fragrant and full-bodied, it could stand alone as dessert.
Inside the bowl and on the side, you’ll find carefully simmered Korean red beans — plump, not too sweet, and deeply comforting.
A drizzle of condensed milk, an optional extra scoop of gelato, and that’s it — no gimmicks, no overload. Just balance.
Koreans often say, “It’s good because it’s not too sweet.”
This was that kind of dessert.

While I ate, the afternoon sun sparkled over the gentle waves of Haeundae.
The curve of Mipo floated in the distance, rooftops softened by sea haze.
The whole experience — the sound of light jazz, the quiet clink of silverware, the cool of the spoon — made this more than dessert.
It felt like a moment.

📝 Final Thoughts
At ₩47,000, it’s definitely a “treat yourself” kind of bingsu.
